Grace was born and raised in China. Her passion for landscape design and living spaces began when she was a young student. Upon receiving her bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture in Beijing, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her master’s degree at USC.
She worked as a landscape designer for several years. Eventually, she branched out to explore her talents in photography, design and marketing. Grace worked for several years for a division of the Department of Commerce in the marketing department.
Grace’s expertise in landscape architecture has helped her rethink the bond between environments and urban spaces. Her experiences in design and photography give her a unique perspective to envision the potential for properties which are often overlooked by a lesser trained eye. Her unique combination of education, talents, experiences and language skills brings greater depth and diversity to Team Seltzer.
